Client Access Checklist

To activate monitoring and any associated technical services, please provide the following access credentials. All information is stored securely and used exclusively for service delivery.


Website Access

  • [ ] Website URL (primary domain)
  • [ ] WordPress administrator login credentials (if applicable)
  • [ ] Two-factor authentication method details (if 2FA is enabled)

Hosting Access

  • [ ] Hosting provider name
  • [ ] Hosting control panel login (cPanel / Plesk / DirectAdmin / custom)
    — OR —
  • [ ] FTP / SFTP credentials

Domain Access (if applicable)

  • [ ] Domain registrar login
    — OR —
  • [ ] DNS management access

Backup Confirmation

  • [ ] Confirmation of whether existing backups are enabled
  • [ ] Location of backup storage (local, offsite, cloud)
  • [ ] Current backup plugin details (if any — e.g. UpdraftPlus, BackWPup)

Cloudflare (if used)

  • [ ] Cloudflare account access or delegated zone access

Contact Details

  • [ ] Primary contact email address
  • [ ] WhatsApp number for alert notifications
  • [ ] Emergency contact (optional)

Additional Access (if applicable)

  • [ ] Google Analytics / Google Search Console access
  • [ ] Any staging environment credentials

Security Note

Access credentials are used solely for configuring and maintaining your monitoring service. Credentials are not shared with third parties and are handled in line with the confidentiality provisions of the Service Agreement.
