How Website Monitoring Works

Website monitoring should be simple and transparent. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you sign up.

Step 1 — You Choose a Plan

Select the monitoring plan that suits your business. Each plan clearly outlines what is included, with no hidden features or technical fine print.

Not sure which plan is right? The Basic plan suits brochure websites. Standard suits active business websites. Pro suits WordPress sites where security and integrity matter.

Step 2 — We Configure Monitoring for Your Domain

Once payment is confirmed, we set up monitoring for your website. This includes:

  • Uptime checks at the interval specified in your plan
  • SSL certificate monitoring
  • Domain expiry tracking
  • Any additional features included in your selected plan (response time tracking, content change detection, WordPress integrity checks)

Monitoring is configured from independent infrastructure, completely separate from your hosting provider. This means we can detect problems your hosting provider may not tell you about.

Step 3 — We Test Alert Triggers

Before going live, we simulate monitoring events to confirm that alerts are working correctly. This verifies that you will actually receive a notification if your website becomes unavailable, your SSL certificate approaches expiry, or any other configured trigger fires.

You will receive a confirmation once testing is complete.

Step 4 — If an Issue Occurs, You Are Notified Immediately

If your website goes offline, responds too slowly, or triggers any configured alert, you are notified via email or WhatsApp (depending on your selected plan) — as soon as the system detects the issue.

You are not waiting for a customer to tell you. You know first.

Step 5 — You Fix It, or We Can Assist

You may resolve the issue directly with your hosting provider or developer. Most common downtime events are resolved quickly once you are aware of them.

If you require technical assistance, we can investigate and provide support. This is quoted separately depending on the nature of the issue.

Why This Matters

Website monitoring is about awareness and prevention.

Instead of discovering that your website has been offline for three hours because a customer mentioned it — you know within minutes. You can act immediately, contact your host, or have the issue investigated before it affects your business.

Monitoring does not prevent all problems. It ensures you are never the last person to know when one occurs.
